One in particular was very close to my garage and in between the house & garage. They did the removal without issue. Orleans has a lot of equipment for the crew to use safety is paramount so using the proper equipment prevents injuries. I also like how the clean up and take great strives to protect the lawn. I highly recommend Orleans.

It was so comforting in knowing that I chose a company that was well versed in their service, showed care in meeting my needs and kept me abreast of the entire procedure from the first call until the completion of the work. I had a very large tree that was located in close proximity to my house and my neighbor’s house that needed removal. When I first reached out to Orleans, they articulated the expectations and ensured I had a clear understanding of the process. The Operation Manager came out to inspect the tree and gave even more detailed information, explained what equipment, tools and the number of team members needed to complete the job. He even shared a video of a similar job already done. When the team arrived to complete the service, they exceeded the expectations already set. The entire process was timely, professional, handled with care and well done! Each staff member was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure that everything said or done was to my satisfaction. I had talked and received quotes from 6 different tree service companies before choosing Orleans. I am so glad I made the right decision in choosing the right company. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

Great job every time!!!!!!! They did a great job removing a tree at my old house in Petersburg so I called them back. They removed a tree, trimmed a very large out of control bush, got my wild crepe myrtle into the best shape, trimmed another tree, removed limbs from a 50 foot+ tall pine tree that were dangling dangerously over my garage and trimmed back the wood line. All day job. Great work! Wish I had more pics but you can see before & after of the crepe myrtle.

Sunday, July 19th we had a tree fall on our home around 5 p.m. putting a hole in our roof. We called and Isaiah arrived within an hour. When the crane arrived, it was placed in our driveway but the tree was on the opposite side of the house. They did a great job of removing the tree and placing a tarp over the hole in the roof in very difficult circumstances (dark, rainy and tight space to work). Isaiah kept us informed the whole time. They worked until 11:30. The next morning they arrived to remove the debris. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The response time and the professionalism of the crew was top notch.

Verified This was our 2nd time using Orleans. We live in the Highlands in Chesterfield and have a lot of trees. We hired them for the day and they took down 22 trees, some 70ft to 80ft tall. All the debris was removed and the area was left clear. I would highly recommend.

We recently purchased a house that had several large trees very close to the house,including 4 that were dead. We were very nervous about the trees, and called a couple of tree services out to give us their opinion as to what trees needed to be removed. Both services recommended removing all of the trees as they were too close to the house and all had branches hanging over or endangering the home. We chose Orleans Co Tree Service because they are not landscapers that also do trees, they are a liscensed, insured, dedicated tree service with certified arborists. Their pricing was excellent, and the bid was total, any taxes, fees,etc, were included in the price. Additionally, they took away all the wood, cleaned up any limbs and leaves, and ground all of the stumps. They had 10 trees down, including 125' pine, a 59+ foot rotting maple, and the 4 dangerous to cut dead trees, stumps ground, and detritus cleaned up, in 5 hours. Amazing!

Verified After quoted price, a day was set. On time , professional , friendly crew of about 6 men . Remove 2 large trees and pushed over one very dead tree. Cleaned up every twig, and gone in about one hr. Following day, stump grinding and l requested the dirt and mulch to be left in same area. Mr .C.M. even used a rake and leaf blower to pile up the mulch and dirt to make it easy for me to use in flower bed. Will use this co. again. I was comfortable enough I( didn't even call around.)

Verified I had a dying limb on my sand cherry tree and some wilting on my redbud. They were knowledgeable and courteous. This company was more professional than the other company that looked at my trees and did not even bother to submit an estimate once he got back to the shop.

Verified They were so easy to work with. Timely estimate and were on time for the job. They were knowledgeable about my problem trees, leaning and dead. Everyone was courteous. They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive. I felt like I got value for what we payed and since they have insurance and bonding I felt safe that if there were accidents I wouldn't get shafted. I'd use them again and recommend them.

Verified We had a tree fall on our house the day before Christmas Eve. They showed up within 24 hours even though the temperature was below zero. Did a great job removing the tree and even helped us with the company that tarp our roof. I would highly recommend this company.

Verified We've used Orleans Tree Service several times for challenging pruning and removal jobs. They've never disappointed. Our most recent job, in late Feb. 2022, was for removing part of a huge multi-trunk magnolia, plus pruning one side so it didn't overhang onto the neighbor's property so much, and light pruning of three other trees' branches away from our home's roof. They used a small manlift vehicle that let the leader reach high branches without climbing the trees. As before, the Orleans team worked quickly and efficiently. The team leader went over the details with us before starting the job and got our input before finishing. The team was respectful of our property and our neighbor's, protecting the yards with plywood sheets for the manlift vehicle to roll on and cleaning up all the debris. Orleans will always be the first tree service we call in the future.

Exceptional work! Orlean's didn't disappoint! We had 2 challenging projects on our historic trees. Both trees are HUGE and overlapped buildings which demand skilled and precise cutting to avoid damage to our structures. The crew showed up with state of the art (for real!) equipment and worked efficiently and skillfully with gorgeous results. Prior to this project we called in 3 other company's who's quotes were a much lower in price. We were tempted to chose another company BUT are thrilled we didn't. The expertise of this crew was obvious as they trimmed our trees, preserved our structures and kept the health of the trees in the forefront of priority! These men are true Arborists, not just tree trimmers. They cleaned up the mess, removed the debris and left the trees looking healthier and safer. Hopefully, the trees will be around for another 150 years and as long as they need care, we will rely upon Orlean's to provide it!
